It is possible. My ex-girlfriend was MTF and she took the Pill to grow breasts, along with to feminise her body.
They won't be large, though. Her breasts were probably an A cup, but she was also fairly sketchy with taking them, and didn't take the full Pill every day. Sometimes half a pill, a quarter. But they do grow. I wouldn't expect them to get any larger than a B.
