By that logic, all straight women are doing other men behind their boyfriend's back, and all men are doing other women behind their girlfriend's back, simply because they're attracted to the opposite sex.
Oh, but, no they're not! They're STRAIGHT, so people can assume they have brains. Gay/bi/trans/queer people DON'T. They can't think for themselves about the feelings of others or the consequences of their actions! Only sex! SEX SEX SEX, spout the stupid heterosexuals in question. Who are the ones who seem to only have freaking SEX on their minds, hmmm??
I understand that people have a hard time understanding how someone could NOT be with the other gender they're attracted to
Hmm, I'm not sure about this. I guess I can see how a lot of people would be confused by this, if, for example, a lesbian is with a man. But if she wants to be with that man, and loves him, and they have a trusting relationship, I don't see where the problem lies. The answer to any confusion on who she chooses to be with, at least to me, seems fairly obvious: A) Love, and b) None of your fracking business.
the concept of boundaries is not that freaking difficult.
And still, there are all of these heterosexual people who don't understand the concept that queer people understand this. For me, it just again begs the question: who are the ones that don't get it, here?
