It is possible. My ex-girlfriend was MTF and she took the Pill to grow breasts, along with to feminise her body.

They won't be large, though. Her breasts were probably an A cup, but she was also fairly sketchy with taking them, and didn't take the full Pill every day. Sometimes half a pill, a quarter. But they do grow. I wouldn't expect them to get any larger than a B.

Oh, and if you wanted to know anything about lactating, it is possible. I don't think she ever lactated, but I have heard about other FTMs having that. Even just your average gent can. And, uh, I do, sometimes, when I'm on my period. If you wanted to know. Which you probably didn't.

One of my friends has started lactating randomly before (while most definitely not being pregnant), and I think I might have read that guys can...the part for the story I most needed was to know if my MTF character's boyfriend was going to be feeling her up, if she'd totally feel his fingers around her breasts and nipples. I was pretty sure the answer is yes, but I wanted to know for sure.

What I've read is that when an MTF takes hormones to grow breasts, she can expect breasts as large as the average size of all the females in her family. Breast size is a genetic thing. If her mother and sisters all have large breasts, she will too.

It's just like if an FTM takes male hormones and starts to develop male pattern baldness just like the men in his family.

I can't remember where I read it. It made me wince, though, because I know that if I ever took male hormones (which I don't intend to do) I'd end up with a receding hairline and a bald spot like my dad and brother… >.<

I totally understand that. I can never read articles on insects or phobias because I am too afraid to stumble across photos of spiders.
